1. Subject
This agreement determines the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law and the Distance Contracts Regulation regarding the reservation or purchase of services made by the buyer through the GÜVENTUR’s www.dikiliguventur.com website.
2. Definition of Service
The service includes activities such as ferry tickets, hotel accommodation, boat tours, cultural tours, transportation, and/or visa consultancy. The details of the service; type, date, time, number of people, accommodation conditions, and price are clearly stated on the product page.
3. Approval of the Agreement
This agreement comes into effect after being electronically approved by the user following the reading and acceptance of the "Pre-Information Form".
4. Delivery of Service
The purchased service is delivered digitally (via email, WhatsApp, or user panel) according to the reservation date. There is no physical product delivery.
5. Payment and Invoice
Payments can be made by credit/bank card, virtual POS systems (Iyzico, PayTR), bank transfer, or on-site payment. Invoices are sent to the user digitally as e-archive.
6. Cancellation and Refund Conditions
- 100% refund for cancellations made up to 20 days in advance.
- 50% refund for cancellations made between 20 to 15 days.
- No refund for cancellations made less than 15 days.
- Promotional/discounted reservations cannot be canceled.
- Different conditions may apply for third-party services such as visas, insurance, and transportation.

7. Right of Withdrawal
The consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal due to it being a travel service. (Distance Contracts Regulation Article 15 /g clause) However, exceptions may be evaluated at the company’s discretion in cases of special circumstances, health issues, and force majeure.
8. Force Majeure
If events such as earthquakes, floods, fires, strikes, wars, pandemics, technical failures, or official decisions hinder the service, GÜVENTUR's liability is removed. A new date may be proposed if possible.
9. Authorized Court
In cases of disputes, Consumer Arbitration Committees and İzmir (Dikili) Consumer Courts are authorized.
10. Effectiveness
The buyer declares that they have read and accepted the provisions of this agreement and has electronically approved it. This process indicates that the agreement has come into effect and binds the parties.
