Is a visa required to take a cruise?

Visa requirements vary depending on the itinerary of your preferred cruise. For our cruises covering routes such as the Norwegian Fjords or Italy, Spain, and France (Western Mediterranean), a valid Multiple-Entry Schengen Visa is required. For our Greek Islands itineraries, travel is possible with a valid passport or under the facilitated Door Visa program.

Is transportation to Turlara harbor (flight or transfer) included?

Transportation details are determined according to the tour's departure point. For our tours departing from Çeşme or Kuşadası, you can make your own way directly to the port and board the ship. For our cruise programs departing from foreign ports such as Hamburg or Barcelona, round-trip flights from Turkey and airport-to-port transfers are generally included in the tour package.

What is the accommodation and dining concept on board the ship?

Our cruise tours are essentially based on a fully equipped 5-star hotel concept. Breakfasts, lunches, elegant dinners, and open-buffet snacks served throughout the day on board are included in the tour price. Special A La Carte restaurants outside certain concepts and specific beverages not included in the package (alcoholic/non-alcoholic) may be charged extra by the cruise company.

How do we organize the excursions when the ship docks?

When our ship docks at the ports listed in the program (Rome, Copenhagen, Rhodes, etc.), our guests are completely free. Those who wish may freely explore the port city on their own; those who prefer may safely and thoroughly discover the area by joining the “Extra Shore Excursions” (the ancient city of Pompeii, the Flam Fjord, the Lindos Tour, etc.) professionally organized by the cruise company or our Turkish-speaking guides.

Will we get bored on days when we're cruising at sea all day?

Absolutely not! Our enormous luxury ships are living and entertainment centers in their own right. On days when the ship does not dock and you spend the entire day at sea, you can make unlimited use of the ship's indoor and outdoor pools, SPA areas, duty-free shopping centers, and fitness rooms. In the evenings, you will lose track of time with animation shows, live music, the excitement of the casino, and Broadway-quality theater performances.
