Day 1 | Barcelona (Spain) – Boarding and Hello to the Mediterranean
(Overnight in the Port)
A dream adventure begins in the heart of Catalonia, Barcelona! We check into our magnificent floating hotel waiting at the port. While you enjoy your first moments on board and savor the deck, your luggage will be carefully delivered to your cabins by our staff. Our first night is spent anchored in the port of Barcelona; a stylish dinner and luxurious accommodation await you on our ship.
Day 2 | Barcelona (Spain) – Exploring and Saying Goodbye to Gaudi's City
(Departure: 18:00)
After enjoying a delicious breakfast on board, we have a wonderful day ahead to explore Barcelona's enchanting streets. You can admire unique works reflecting Gaudi's architectural genius (Sagrada Familia, Park Güell) or fully experience Spanish culture along the lively Las Ramblas promenade. At 18:00, the ropes are untied; as we bid farewell to Barcelona, we set our first sail into the deep blue waters of the Mediterranean.

Day 5 | Gibraltar – The Intersection of Two Continents

We are at that strategic point where the Mediterranean meets the Atlantic Ocean! On this unique peninsula, where British aristocracy blends with Mediterranean warmth; you can take the cable car up to the famous Rock of Gibraltar (The Rock), photograph the freely roaming macaque monkeys, and enjoy the privilege of tax-free shopping.
Day 6 | Casablanca (Morocco) – An Exotic African Fairy Tale

First step on the African continent! In Casablanca, North Africa's most modern and iconic city, we witness the breathtaking architecture of the majestic Hassan II Mosque, built overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. You have free time all day to embark on an exotic cultural journey through the traditional Medina (Old City) streets, where mystical scents of spices blend together.
Day 7 | Cádiz (Spain) – The Ancient City in the Middle of the Ocean

We are in Cadiz, one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in Europe, surrounded by golden sandy beaches and ocean breezes. You can visit the magnificent golden-domed Cadiz Cathedral or take optional tours to Sevilla, the birthplace of Flamenco, where you can be captivated by the grand architecture of Plaza de España.
Day 8 | Lisbon (Portugal) – Welcome to the City of Fado

We arrive in Lisbon, the pearl of the Atlantic, a magnificent city built on seven hills. Our ship will be anchored in Lisbon port tonight! You can spend your afternoon visiting the Belem Tower and tasting the famous Belem tart (Pasteis de Nata); in the evening, you can enjoy an unforgettable Portuguese night accompanied by traditional Fado music.
Day 9 | Lisbon (Portugal) – In the Footsteps of the Yellow Trams
(Departure: 18:00)
We wake up to the historic atmosphere of Lisbon. We have until 6:00 PM to get lost in the narrow, winding streets of the Alfama district, take a nostalgic ride on the iconic yellow trams, and shop at stylish boutiques. Then, the ropes are untied, and we set sail for Morocco.
Day 10 | Tangier (Tangier, Morocco) – A Meeting Point of Cultures
(Arrival: 13:30 | Departure: 19:30)
Our second and mysterious touch on the African continent! We are in Tangier, just 14 kilometers from Spain, a unique blend of Europe and Africa. You can explore the labyrinthine streets of the traditional Kasbah district, sip your mint Moroccan tea against the ocean view, and buy handmade souvenirs from authentic markets (Souk).
Day 11 | Cruising at Sea – Renewal and Serenity

We are in Valencia, Spain's third-largest city, where modernism and history blend perfectly. Day 15 | Barcelona (Spain) – Return Home and Farewell

We return to the enchanting port of Barcelona, where our adventure began at 09:00 in the morning. After enjoying our final pleasant breakfast on board, we complete our check-out procedures. Leaving behind the unique memories of Spain, Morocco, Portugal, Gibraltar, and France, we conclude this unforgettable VIP "Mediterranean Saga."
📌 Visa and Passport Requirements
- A Multiple-Entry (Multi) Schengen Visa is mandatory for this tour. Our agency acts solely as an intermediary; in the event of visa rejection or delay by consulates, our agency cannot be held liable, and standard cancellation terms apply.
- Passports must be undamaged and valid for at least 6 months beyond the end date of travel.
✈️ Transportation and Boarding (Cruise Only Concept)
- Our tour follows a "Ship Only" concept. Round-trip flight tickets to Barcelona and port transfers are the responsibility of the guest.
- Cruise tickets and check-in documents will be sent 48 hours prior to departure. All costs arising from individual delays during flights or at ports (including missing the ship) are the guest's responsibility, and no refunds will be issued.
⚠️ Cancellation and Refund Terms
In accordance with package tour contracts, the following deduction rates apply strictly to cancellation requests:
- Up to 90 Days Before Departure: 100% full refund.
- Cancellations Between 89 - 60 Days: A penalty of €250 per person applies for standard interior and exterior cabins, and €500 for suites.
- Cancellations Between 59 - 30 Days: 50% of the total amount will be deducted.
- Within 29 - 0 Days (or No-Show): 100% of the total amount will be deducted; no refund is issued.
🤰 Travel for Pregnant Guests and 👶 Infants
- Pregnancy: You may travel up to the 24th week of pregnancy. A doctor's certificate in English stating "Fit to Travel," obtained no later than 7 days before the flight, is mandatory. Pregnancy beyond the 24th week is not permitted for travel.
- Infants: Due to onboard facilities and international regulations, babies under 6 months of age are not accepted on board. Our ships do not provide special baby formula or babysitting services. Requests for baby cribs must be reported at the time of booking.

- The cruise company reserves the right to make changes without prior notice regarding arrival/departure times, docking locations, or route itineraries due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or force majeure events.
- For guests aged 70 and over, a 100% surcharge (age risk difference) applies to travel health insurance.

❌ Additional Beverages: All alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage expenses outside the package, including minibar consumption.
❌ Personal Expenses: All expenses such as dry cleaning, room service, spa, hairdressing, casino, medical services, etc.
❌ Extra Service Charge: The 10% service charge added to all extra paid food, beverage, and service purchases on board.
❌ Visa and Exit Fee: Processing fees for a multi-entry Schengen visa and the exit fee from the country.
❌ Insurance Surcharge: The travel insurance surcharge difference (%100) applied to guests aged 70 and above.
👗 Clothing and Footwear:
- For Day Excursions: Comfortable sneakers (or flat walking shoes), cotton casual clothes, t-shirts, and shorts suitable for ports and additional land tours.
- Onboard Comfort: Swimsuits, bikinis/cover-ups, beach flip-flops, sunglasses, and a hat for pool and deck enjoyment. Since the ship's common air-conditioned areas (theater, lobby, etc.) are often cool, it is recommended to bring a light cardigan or shawl.
- Dinner and Shows: "Smart Casual" (stylish yet comfortable) attire is expected for dinner in the main restaurant and theater shows (for men: trousers/cotton pants and shirts; for women: elegant dresses, blouses, etc.). Please note that shorts, beach flip-flops, or swimwear are not permitted at dinner.

- A sufficient supply of your prescribed medications for the duration of the tour (keep your medications in your cabin luggage or carry-on bag in case of possible delays).
- Sunscreen and lip balm.
- If you are prone to seasickness, although there is a medical center on board, bring anti-nausea medication as a precaution.

- Outlets on the ship are generally European (EU) standard with two round pins, but bringing a universal power adapter is advisable to be sure.
- (Note: Due to safety regulations, high-heat electrical appliances such as irons, kettles, coffee makers, or hair straighteners are prohibited on board. Standard hair dryers are provided in cabins.)

OFFSHORE CRUISE (SHIP ONLY) TOUR SALES CONTRACT AND INFORMATION FORM
ARTICLE 1: PARTIES AND SUBJECT MATTER
This contract is concluded between the travel agency organizing the tour (hereinafter referred to as "Agency") and the consumer purchasing/reserving the tour (hereinafter referred to as "Guest" or "Consumer"). The subject of the contract is the sale of the cruise tour offered by the Agency, titled "Celestyal Discovery 14 Nights 15 Days Mediterranean Saga (Grand Iberia and Magic of Morocco)", the content of the services, and the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties. By completing the reservation via the website and proceeding to the payment step, the Guest is deemed to have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this contract.
ARTICLE 2: TOUR CONCEPT (CRUISE ONLY - SHIP ONLY)
2.1. This tour program has been prepared with the "Ship Only" concept. The starting and ending point of the tour is the Port de Barcelona in Barcelona, Spain.
2.2. Air tickets from Turkey to Barcelona and return flights from Barcelona to Turkey, as well as all transfers between the airport and the port, are not included in the tour price and are entirely the responsibility of the Consumer.
2.3. In case the Consumer misses the ship (check-in time) due to delays or cancellations on individually purchased flights, or delays encountered while reaching the port using their own means, the Agency bears no responsibility whatsoever. This situation cannot be considered force majeure, and a 100% "No-Show" (non-participation in the tour) penalty will be applied; no refund will be made.
ARTICLE 3: VISA, PASSPORT, AND CUSTOMS PROCEDURES
3.1. For participation in this tour, a passport valid for at least 6 (six) months from the end date of the trip and a Multi-Entry Schengen Visa are mandatory.
3.2. Regarding visa procedures, the Agency acts solely as an intermediary between the Consumer and the Consulate. The Agency cannot be held liable in cases where the visa application is rejected, delayed, or if the Consumer is denied entry to the country/ship by police/customs officials at border crossings. In such cases, the standard cancellation and penalty rules outlined in Article 4 apply, and no refund can be requested from the Agency.
ARTICLE 4: CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND TRANSFER CONDITIONS
In accordance with international regulations of cruise companies and package tour legislation, regardless of the reason for cancellation (visa rejection, health issues, transport delays, etc.), the following deduction rates are strictly applied for Consumer cancellations:
4.1. Up to 90 days before the tour date: After deducting a 50 € per person agency file fee, mandatory insurance, and taxes, the remaining amount is refunded.
4.2. For cancellations between 89 and 60 days: A cancellation penalty of 250 € per person applies for Inside and Outside cabins, and 500 € for Suite cabins.
4.3. For cancellations between 59 and 30 days: 50% of the total tour price is deducted as a penalty.
4.4. 29 days or less before departure (or No-Show): 100% of the total tour price is deducted; no refund is possible under any circumstances.
4.5. In non-refundable sales marked as Campaign, Promotional, or "Early Reservation," the above timeframes are disregarded, and there is no right to cancellation or refund (100% penalty applies).
4.6. Name change procedures can be performed up to 30 days before the departure date for a 50 € processing fee per person. Transfers cannot be made within 29 days or less as ship manifests are closed.
ARTICLE 5: SHIP RULES AND CAPTAIN'S AUTHORITY
5.1. In accordance with international maritime laws (SOLAS), the Ship Captain holds the highest authority. The Captain reserves the right to make changes to the tour route, arrival/departure times at ports, or to completely skip a port due to weather conditions, sea conditions, port strikes, or passenger safety. These operational changes do not create any right to cancellation, refund, or compensation for the Consumer.
5.2. The Captain has the authority to deny boarding (disembark) any passenger who does not comply with ship rules, causes disturbances, or poses a risk of infectious disease. In such cases, no refund is made.
5.3. During free time at intermediate ports, the Consumer must be back on board at least 1 hour before the ship's departure time. Any transportation costs incurred by a passenger missing the ship due to delay shall be borne by the passenger themselves.
ARTICLE 6: HEALTH CONDITIONS
6.1. Passengers who have completed the 24th week of pregnancy and infants under 6 months of age are not accepted on the tour according to ship rules.
6.2. Chronic illnesses existing prior to the trip are excluded from the coverage of mandatory travel health insurance.
6.3. In cases of sudden illness or death of the Consumer or a first-degree relative, the tour fee refund is processed by the Insurance Company, not the Agency, upon submission of an official report from a state hospital committee.
ARTICLE 7: COMPETENT COURT
In the event of any dispute arising from the implementation and interpretation of this contract, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Izmir, Republic of Turkey, shall have jurisdiction. By approving the reservation form and making the payment, the Consumer accepts all provisions of this 7-article cruise contract in full.
