Use of GuvenTravel Sherlock or the relevant digital services requires consideration of these terms and other GüvenTravel policies and agreements that may apply to the service.

2. What Is GuvenTravel Sherlock?
GuvenTravel Sherlock is the corporate application infrastructure used by GüvenTravel to help manage customer communication, reservation support, operational processes, and digital service integrations.
Depending on the scope of the service used, the system may provide functions such as;
- receiving and responding to customer messages,
- WhatsApp Business communication,
- reservation support,
- communication regarding ferry, tour, and hotel services,
- operational notifications,
- authorization and user verification,
- data and service integration between GüvenTravel systems
among others.
3. Scope of the Terms of Use
These terms apply particularly to GüvenTravel's digital application and integration services.
Commercial terms such as fees, cancellations, refunds, and changes relating to the purchase of ferry tickets, package tours, hotels, transfers, visa support, or other travel services may be regulated separately under GüvenTravel's relevant:
- User Agreement,
- sales terms,
- cancellation and refund policies,
- reservation terms
These Application Terms of Use do not replace such commercial agreements; they are complementary to the use of digital services.
4. User Responsibilities
When using GüvenTravel digital services, the User agrees to:
- provide accurate and up-to-date information,
- not use information belonging to other persons without authorization,
- not attempt to breach the security of applications or systems,
- not use the service for unlawful purposes,
- not carry out misleading, harmful, or abusive activities,
- not engage in activities that could prevent the normal operation of GüvenTravel systems
5. Security of Account and Communication Information
The User is responsible for the security of their accounts, telephone numbers, email addresses, and access information.
Users must not share their;
- passwords,
- one-time verification codes,
- bank or card passwords,
- Meta, Google, or Microsoft account passwords
with GüvenTravel employees or support channels.
GüvenTravel does not request users' third-party platform account passwords.
6. WhatsApp and Digital Communication
When the User communicates with GüvenTravel via WhatsApp or other digital communication channels, the User agrees that the messages they send may be processed for the purpose of evaluating the customer request and providing the service.
GüvenTravel may use these communication channels to;
- answer customer questions,
- support reservation transactions,
- provide travel information,
- send service-related operational notifications
Marketing and commercial electronic communication activities are evaluated separately in accordance with applicable legislation and required permissions.
7. Third-Party Platforms and Integrations
GüvenTravel digital services may, when necessary, operate together with third-party technology platforms.
Depending on how the service is used, these may include;
- Meta,
- WhatsApp,
- Google,
- Microsoft,
- email services,
- communication infrastructures,
- reservation systems,
- payment or technical infrastructure providers
among others.
Each third-party platform's own terms of use and privacy policies also apply separately.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, GüvenTravel's use of a third-party service does not mean that GüvenTravel is supported, partnered with, or endorsed by the relevant platform.
8. API and Authorization Services
Some GüvenTravel services may use third-party APIs or OAuth-like authorization systems.
In this case, the User may be asked to grant only the access permissions necessary for the relevant feature to function.
The User may revoke the access permissions granted through the account or security settings provided by the relevant platform.
Revoking access permission may cause some features connected to the relevant integration to stop working.
9. Personal Data and Privacy
Details regarding personal data processed during the use of GuvenTravel Sherlock and other digital services are explained under the GuvenTravel Application Privacy Policy.
Users may obtain information from the relevant privacy policy regarding;
- which data may be processed,
- the purposes for which this data may be used,
- third-party service providers,
- data security,
- retention,
- user rights
10. Deletion of User Data
Users may request the deletion of personal data associated with them in systems controlled by GüvenTravel.

Applications may be sent to:
Records that must be retained due to applicable legislation may be subject to the relevant statutory retention periods.
11. Availability of Services
GüvenTravel strives to take reasonable technical measures necessary for the reliable operation of its digital services.
However, the services may be affected by causes outside GüvenTravel's direct control, such as;
- internet connection,
- telecommunications infrastructure,
- third-party platforms,
- maintenance work,
- technical failures,
- security requirements,
- user devices
For this reason, it is not guaranteed that the digital services will always be available without interruption or errors.
12. Changes to Services
GüvenTravel may change the features of applications or digital services due to;
- technical improvements,
- security requirements,
- legal regulations,
- changes to third-party platforms,
- operational needs
Specific features may be temporarily or permanently suspended when necessary.
13. Misuse and Restriction of Access
Access to digital services may be restricted for the relevant User in the following cases:
- activities threatening system security,
- unauthorized access attempts,
- creation of automated or harmful traffic,
- attempts at fraud,
- violation of the rights of others,
- unlawful use,
- misuse of the application or infrastructure.
Technical records necessary for security purposes may be kept.
14. Intellectual Property Rights
The rights to the name GuvenTravel Sherlock, the GüvenTravel brand, application designs, original content, software, and other materials created by GüvenTravel belong to the relevant rights holders.
The access granted to the User to use the service does not mean that any intellectual property right has been transferred.
Rights relating to third-party trademarks, logos, and service names belong to the relevant rights holders.
15. Reservations and Travel Services
A message or request for information sent through GuvenTravel Sherlock does not by itself mean that a reservation has been finalized.
Finalization of a reservation or travel service may depend on conditions specific to the relevant service, such as;
- availability of the relevant service,
- price confirmation,
- provision of the required passenger information,
- completion of payment when necessary,
- creation of the ticket or reservation confirmation
The official reservation, voucher, ticket, or order confirmation sent to the User determines the status of the relevant transaction.
16. Information Provided by the User
The User is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided as part of a reservation or travel transaction.
Incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information may result in;
- reservation problems,
- incorrect issuance of ticket information,
- the service not being provided
If the User detects an error in their information, they must contact GüvenTravel as soon as possible.

GüvenTravel digital services may contain links to third-party websites or services.
The;
- content,
- security practices,
- privacy policies,
- terms of use
of these sites are the responsibility of the relevant third parties.
18. Liability and Legal Rights
GüvenTravel's liability is assessed within the framework of applicable legislation.
No provision in these Terms of Use is intended to eliminate the rights of consumers or users arising from mandatory applicable legislation.
Third-party service interruptions or technical problems occurring outside GüvenTravel's control are evaluated according to the nature of the relevant event.
19. Termination of the Service
The User may stop using the relevant digital service at any time or revoke access permissions granted through third-party platforms.
The User may also submit an application for the deletion of their personal data under the User Data Deletion Instructions.
GüvenTravel may also suspend certain digital services for reasons such as security, legal requirements, or termination of the service.

21. Applicable Legislation
