1. How can I purchase a ferry ticket?

You can easily purchase a ferry ticket by calling us. After the purchase, your ticket will be sent to you digitally via e-mail and WhatsApp. All payments are secured through Pos devices, Iyzico, and PayTR infrastructure.

2. What is a port visa? How can I apply for it?

The port visa is a simplified visa type temporarily offered by Greece for Turkish citizens who do not have a Schengen visa to travel to the Aegean islands. You can apply with a photocopy of your passport and other documents. Suggested application period: 10 days before travel.

3. Is a passport required for travel?

Yes, a valid passport is required for travel to Lesbos Island. Holders of green passports are exempt from the visa requirement. Holders of regular passports must obtain a Schengen or port visa.

4. How can I cancel my reservation?

You can cancel according to the durations and rules specified in the "Cancellation & Refund Policy" section on our website. There may not be a cancellation right for promotional products. For detailed information, please contact our customer service.

5. What payment methods are available?

6. Which hotels are available for accommodation in Lesbos?

Our tours generally prefer 3 or 4-star facilities. Hotel information is specified in detail during reservation according to the selected tour.

7. What is included in the tour price?

Ferry ticket,

Hotel accommodation (for multi-day tours),

Guiding services,

Travel insurance,

Some tours include lunch or breakfast.

8. What are the departure and arrival times of the ferry?

Generally, departures are at 08:00 from Dikili, and return from Lesbos is around 18:30. Daily and multi-day tour times may change according to the season and program.

9. Can I take my car to Lesbos?

No, vehicle passage is not possible. The catamaran only carries passengers.

10. When will the invoice for the services I purchased online be issued?

Your invoice will be sent to your email address within 24 hours after the payment is completed. Upon request, an e-archive PDF format will be provided.
