When planning your Lesvos trip, consider the departure port, your transfer to the port, and your return plan alongside the tour program. Güventur's four departure hubs are Aliağa, Dikili, Ayvalık and Akçay. This guide helps with your port choice; the tour program for your chosen date and the latest information on your booking should be taken as the basis.
Lesvos tours departing from Aliağa
When planning our Aliağa departure programs, the Turyol Jalem sailings are used as the reference. The meeting point is in front of the departure port specified in your booking information. Check the port name in the program and, if applicable, the vehicle pickup point separately. Explore Lesvos tours departing from Aliağa.
Lesvos tours departing from Dikili
When planning our Dikili departure programs, the İDO sailings are used as the reference; the meeting point is in front of the departure port. Do not confuse the agency office in Dikili with the port meeting point. For ticket and passport procedures, follow the meeting time communicated for your tour. Explore Lesvos tours departing from Dikili.
Lesvos tours departing from Ayvalık
When planning our Ayvalık departure programs, the Uğur Jale Lines sailings are used as the reference; the meeting point is in front of the departure port. Check the departure and return details for day trips and overnight programs through your own booking. Explore Lesvos tours departing from Ayvalık.
Lesvos tours departing from Akçay
When planning our Akçay departure programs, the İDO sailings are used as the reference; the meeting point is in front of the departure port. Before booking, confirm the Akçay departure of the tour you wish to join and the sailing for your chosen date. Do not use a time from another port's program for Akçay. Explore Lesvos tour options departing from Akçay.
Which port should you choose?
Compare the way to reach the port from your location, the date and duration of the tour, the departure and return points, and any transfer service available. The port that seems closest to you may not be the best option for every program and date. If you want to change your departure point, first confirm whether this is possible under your booking.
Meeting time and ferry departure time are different
In our tour planning, the first morning ferry for the relevant date is used as the reference for the outbound trip. However, the meeting takes place before departure, leaving time for ticket, passport and boarding procedures. Check the meeting time stated in the program of the tour you are considering and the final notice sent to you. Do not transfer a tour's times to another date or port; this general guide is not a fixed sailing schedule.
Plan your return in advance
Check the return-day ferry, the meeting information in Lesvos and the Turkish arrival port from your booking. For onward land transport or connecting journeys after returning, take into account possible changes to sailings and procedures. Do not assume that the outbound and return trips will always use the same port.
Check before you set off
Review together the tour name and date, the chosen departure port, the terminal or entry point, the exact meeting location in front of the port, the meeting time and the contact details. Do not treat the first port result shown in a map application as the meeting point automatically. If the location information is unclear, contact us before setting off.
