"Cruise Only" concept includes only the onboard accommodation, port taxes, gratuities, and included onboard services. Flights from Turkey to Lisbon, the embarkation port, and return flights from Barcelona, the disembarkation port, to Turkey, as well as airport-port transfers, are not included in the tour package price; guests are required to arrange their own transportation individually.
The tour price includes all main meals on board, snacks at certain times, soft drinks served during meals, unlimited tea/coffee/water, 250 MB of free daily Wi-Fi usage, all port taxes, service charges (tips), and travel health insurance. Alcoholic beverages, extra shore excursions in port cities, expenses at special à la carte restaurants, and personal expenses are charged extra.
Cancellations made up to 90 days before the travel date are fully refunded in full without deduction. For cancellations between 89 and 60 days, a fixed penalty deduction of €250 to €600 applies depending on the cabin type, and for cancellations between 89 and 30 days, a penalty of 50% of the total cabin fee is applied. For cancellations made 29 days or less before the tour date, the entire amount except port taxes is forfeited (no-show).
Since our tour program covers the ports of Portugal, Spain, France, and Morocco, a valid multiple-entry (Multi) Schengen Visa is required for the travel dates. Our guests holding a Green (Special) passport are exempt from the Schengen visa. To avoid any issues at border crossings, the passport validity period must be at least 6 months from the end of the trip.
Celestyal Pay is a benefit system that awards additional spending credit when a budget load is made no later than 72 hours before boarding the ship (for example, a 100 € bonus credit is given for a 500 € load). This credit is valid for onboard food, drinks, and à la carte restaurant expenses; however, it cannot be used on shore excursions. Any unused portion of the loaded amount is not refunded at the end of the trip.
