Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. General Provisions
- For cancellations made 20 days before the start of the service, the full payment will be refunded.
- Cancellations made 15–20 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made within less than 15 days will not be refunded.
- In the case of promotional/discounted services, there is no right to change dates or cancel.
2. Special Cases
- In the event of death or illness of the customer or one of their first-degree relatives, a full refund may be made with an official report from a fully equipped hospital.
- In cases of force majeure such as weather conditions, strikes, or technical issues, no compensation can be claimed for service cancellations.
