Cancellation and Refund Policy


1. General Provisions

  • For cancellations made 20 days before the start of the service, the full payment will be refunded.
  • Cancellations made 15–20 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made within less than 15 days will not be refunded.
  • In the case of promotional/discounted services, there is no right to change dates or cancel.

 

2. Special Cases

  • In the event of death or illness of the customer or one of their first-degree relatives, a full refund may be made with an official report from a fully equipped hospital.
  • In cases of force majeure such as weather conditions, strikes, or technical issues, no compensation can be claimed for service cancellations.
