Before you select a tour, submit your booking request, and make a payment, this guide explains which details you should check. Options may vary depending on the service and the date you choose; rely on the information presented to you on the checkout screen and in your booking documents.
1. Select your tour and departure point
Review the tour options and compare the date, duration, departure port, and included and excluded services. Do not assume that programs departing from Aliağa, Dikili, Ayvalık and Akçay are interchangeable. Check the price and availability for your selected date and number of participants.
2. Check participant details
Enter the first name, last name and contact details requested during booking carefully. Make sure passenger information matches the documents you will use for travel. If there are children or infants, or if you have room arrangements or special requests, state them before completing the transaction. Share only the information required for the transaction.
3. Distinguish between a request and booking confirmation
Submitting an information form, checking availability or sending a request does not on its own constitute a final booking confirmation. Check your booking number, status, departure date, participants and scope of service. If confirmation is not clear, contact us instead of creating a new transaction.
4. Review the payment option presented to you
Read the payment method offered on the checkout screen, the total amount, the currency, and any deposit and remaining balance information. Do not assume that every tour has the same payment option, installment plan or deposit terms. If you will pay by bank transfer/EFT, verify the recipient and account details through the current official channel.
5. Keep your payment result and documents
After payment, check the transaction result and booking status together. A bank transaction, a payment record and a booking confirmation are separate stages. If the result is unclear, or if the transaction appears at your bank but you have not received confirmation, contact us before making another payment. Keep the contract, confirmation and payment documents provided to you.
6. Changes, cancellation and support
