Payment Terms

GÜVENTUR TRAVEL AGENCY uses the secure methods listed below for online payment transactions. Please read these terms carefully before making a payment.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

💳 Credit / Debit Card: Payments can be made with Visa, MasterCard, and Troy cards in single payment or installment options. Secure infrastructure: Iyzico, PayTR
💸 Bank Transfer / EFT: Payments can be made to our Garanti Bank TL account. IBAN information is displayed on the payment screen.
🏢 Office / Cash Payment: Valid only for local customers who have confirmed in advance.

2. Installment and Commission Information

Installment options are limited to banks that have agreements with Garanti, Iyzico/PayTR.
Some banks may add commission fees for installment purchases.
Commission fees are specified separately on the payment screen.
Installment options may not be available for promotional or discounted products.

3. Currency

All service fees are in Turkish Lira (₺). Foreign exchange rates may be displayed for informational purposes, but the transaction occurs in TL.

4. Payment Security

All payments are protected by SSL certificate.
Your credit card information is not stored in our system.
3D Secure verification is mandatory.

5. Cancellation and Refund Procedures

Refunds for canceled transactions are made according to the payment method.
Refunds for credit card payments are reflected on the same card within 3–7 business days.
Refunds via bank transfer are processed by obtaining customer account information.

6. Invoicing

Your e-archive invoice will be sent to your email address within 24 hours after payment. All invoices are issued in the name of GÜVENTUR TRAVEL AGENCY LTD. CO.

7. Responsibility and Risk

Any issues such as internet interruptions, bank rejections, or card limits occurring at the time of payment are the customer's responsibility. In this case, the transaction is considered incomplete.
