Where can you find the conditions of your booking?
You can review the conditions described for the relevant product by using the "View Refund Policy" button on the tour page. Please also check the contract and information documents provided to you regarding your booking. This guide explains the application route; it does not change the conditions of your booking and does not limit your legal rights.
Why may the conditions differ?
Cancellation and change conditions may vary depending on the type of service, the selected date, and the package content. Do not assume that a period or deduction rate for one tour applies to another tour. Read the conditions before purchasing; contact us for any unclear points.
How should a cancellation or change request be submitted?
You may submit your request in writing to info@dikiliguventur.com, including your booking number, tour/service name, departure date, and the transaction you are requesting. In the initial application, please do not send your card number, card security code, or unnecessary identity documents. You can reach our current contact channels from our contact page.
Does submitting a request complete the process?
Submitting a request, cancellation, date change, and completion of a refund are different stages. Please confirm the outcome of the transaction for your booking and any fee calculation in writing. In case of doubt, do not assume that your trip or booking has been cancelled automatically.
Refund amount and processing time
The assessment is based on the applicable legislation, the documents related to your booking, and your specific request. This general guide does not set a single deduction rate or a single refund period for all products. Statutory rights and periods are reserved.
Organization or transport changes
Cancellation of the tour by the organizer, transport changes, force majeure, and cancellation requests by the traveler are separate situations. Please request written information about any changes and options notified to you. This guide does not constitute a general disclaimer of liability or a no-refund provision.
