Vehicle Equipment: Our tours use modern and comfortable vehicles. However, services such as in-vehicle TV and Wi-Fi are not standard equipment and cannot be guaranteed in every vehicle due to technical reasons.
Health and Force Majeure: Güventur is not responsible for changes in the entry rules of countries or any disruptions that may arise due to extraordinary situations such as pandemics (Covid-19, etc.).
Visa Facilitation Service: Güventur acts only as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. Our agency has no responsibility in cases where the consulate does not issue a visa, the visa duration is insufficient, or the visa does not arrive in time.
Refund Conditions: Participants whose visa application is denied will not receive a refund for the visa fee, insurance cost, or tour payment.
Contract Approval: All participants are deemed to have read and accepted these conditions. These clauses are an integral part of the service contract under the Package Tour Regulation. It is the consumer's responsibility to follow updates on the website.
