Specify the city and terminal separately
There may be more than one terminal or stop in the same city. Check the departure and arrival point on your ticket together with the city name. The bus station, city transfer service, and tour meeting point are not the same service; if onward transport is needed, we will clarify its scope separately.
Passenger and preference information
Share your date, direction, number of passengers, and time preference if you have one. For children or passengers requiring special assistance, the necessary conditions are confirmed with the selected carrier. The applicable scope of seats, luggage, and other services is explained in the offer for the relevant trip.
Plan the tour and ferry connection
Do not rely on the planned bus arrival alone. Allow time for luggage, transfer from the terminal, passenger procedures, and possible delays. You should not assume that services purchased from different operators will wait for each other or offer free changes in case of delay. Port meeting and departure details are confirmed separately for your travel date.
Ticket scope and commercial conditions
Read the carrier, trip, price, payment, and ticketing information in the offer. Changes, cancellations, refunds, and any service fees are evaluated according to the conditions of the relevant ticket. Keep in mind that the price or seat availability may change after the initial consultation.
Can we request tickets for a group?
You can submit a request by sharing the group size and date range. Availability of suitable places on the same trip and the seat arrangement are confirmed separately. Group ticket requests and private bus rental are considered as different scopes.
Is the transfer from the bus station to the port included?
Whether this service is included should be read from the selected offer. A bus ticket alone does not mean that every transfer outside the terminal is covered.
