Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. General Provisions
In cancellations made 20 days before the service starts, the full payment will be refunded.
In cancellations made 15–20 days prior, 50% of the payment will be refunded.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 15 days in advance.
In promotional/campaign services, there is no right to change the date or cancel.
2. Special Cases
In the event of death or illness of the customer or a first-degree relative, a full refund can be obtained with an official report from a fully equipped hospital.
In case of service cancellation due to force majeure such as weather conditions, strikes, or technical issues, no compensation can be claimed.
