Beginning with the First Rays of the Sun In the early hours of the morning, at 04:00, we meet at Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport to complete our check-in procedures. Dear guests, below are the general application principles regarding our tours to ensure a comfortable and safe journey for you. Our tour program and package tour contract are a whole, and all participants are deemed to have accepted these provisions.
🚍 Transportation and Meeting Details
- Arrival Point: Participants will only be dropped off at the point where they boarded the vehicle at the end of the tour; no passenger drop-off will be made at different stops.
- Timing: The start and end times of the tour may not align with public transportation schedules. We kindly request you to plan accordingly.
- Notification: The times stated on the site are for planning purposes. The exact meeting point, time, and guide information will be sent to you via SMS or WhatsApp before the tour. If you do not receive this information, please contact our office.
- Vehicle Provision: Vehicles are determined based on the number of participants. There will be no prior information regarding the type of vehicle.
🏨 Accommodation and Hotel Arrangement
- Hotel Change: Güven Tur reserves the right to change hotels, provided that they are of the same standard.
- Room Allocation: The room distribution is determined by the hotel management; our agency has no authority to intervene.
- Third Bed: In triple rooms, the third bed may not be a standard bed (a fold-out bed may be used).
- Special Periods: During peak periods such as holidays and official holidays, accommodations may be made at hotels in surrounding provinces or groups may be divided into different facilities.

- Right to Change: Our guide has the authority to make any changes to the program due to weather conditions, road conditions, or force majeure.
- Local Restrictions: Our agency cannot be held responsible for sightseeing points that are closed or restricted by local authorities.
- Participant Number: If the minimum number of participants is not reached for the tour to take place, Güven Tur may cancel the tour provided that we notify you at least 1 day in advance.
- Extra Tours: Extra tours will be conducted if at least 20 people participate.

- Depending on the capacity of plateau facilities, the group may stay in different hotels.
- Transportation on plateau roads where the bus cannot reach is provided by minibuses. Plateau exit fees are the responsibility of the participant, and our agency has no commercial connection. It is recommended to carry a small handbag for these areas.

- Güven Tur is only an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. Our agency is not responsible for the refusal, delay, or single-entry visa issuance.
- In case of visa rejection; visa fee, insurance, and tour fee are non-refundable.
