Yes, for crossings into Georgia, the use of a New Generation Chip ID Card or a valid passport is a legal requirement (driver’s licenses, temporary identity documents, or old population registry cards are absolutely not valid). All guests, including babies and children, are required to have a photo on their identity cards. In addition, for our guests under 18 who are traveling without one of their parents, a notarized consent letter from the absent parent is required.

Our stay in Batumi is at 5-star hotels (Grand Bellagio Hotel & Casino, etc.). The Georgian Night event, featuring traditional Georgian folk dances and live music, included in the tour program, is an extra (optional) activity left to our guests’ own preference.

Considering the Black Sea region's rapidly changing climate and the cool weather in the high plateaus, you should choose clothes that you can dress in layers. We recommend that you definitely have a water/windproof raincoat/jacket, a fleece or cardigan, spare socks, and a comfortable, non-slip-soled hiking shoe in your suitcase to keep your feet comfortable during nature walks.

In our tour, to avoid any loss of days and to allow you to fully enjoy the Black Sea, our flights are operated with SunExpress as direct (nonstop). Our outbound flight departs from Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport at 05:45 in the morning, and our return flight departs from Trabzon Airport at 23:10 at night. In this way, all 4 days are utilized as a full sightseeing program.

Due to the terrain conditions specific to the Black Sea geography, Borçka Karagöl, Huser Plateau (sea of clouds), Zilkale, Palovit Waterfall, and Çat Valley excursions, which are places that large tour buses cannot reach, require special minibus transfers and are therefore organized as extra (optional) tours.
