Starting with the First Rays of the Sun In the early hours of the morning, at 04:00, we meet at Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport to complete our check-in procedures. With SunExpress's flight at 05:45, we spread our wings from the warmth of the Aegean to the cool and enchanting nature of the Black Sea. With excitement, we land in Trabzon at 07:40, settle into our awaiting vehicle, and start the day with a delightful local breakfast (extra) while inhaling the Black Sea air.

Our first stop is the Altındere National Park, which shines like a jewel among the misty mountains of Maçka. We reach the Sümela Monastery (mini-bus transportation extra) with its monumental architecture carved into the rocks, captivating the world. While touring this unique structure, which greets nature from a vantage point overlooking the Altındere Valley, we will feel as if we are inside a historical fairy tale, guided by our tour leader's narrations.

As we leave Trabzon and glide eastward;

After our free time, we arrive at the Sarp Border Gate. After completing our exit procedures, we enter Georgia, fondly referred to as the Las Vegas of the Black Sea, Batumi.

- Inverted House: We take a short photo break at this intriguing architectural site that defies gravity.

We embark on a journey to the heart of the city, guided by our guide’s unique narrations:

Our first stop is the hidden paradise of Artvin, Borçka Karagöl. In this massive natural mirror we climb to with our minibuses; you can watch the trees reflected in the still waters of the lake, take a peaceful walk along the lakeside, or witness the graceful glide of the boats on the water.
🌊 Fırtına Stream: Stops for Adrenaline and Flavor
We turn our route towards Rize Ardeşen and the famous turbulent waters of Fırtına Stream. We take a lunch break (extra) at our facility by the stream, enjoying local Black Sea delicacies.

🚍 Transportation and Meeting Details
- Meeting Point: Participants get on the vehicle at the starting point of the tour and are dropped off at the same point. Requests for different stops or dropping off passengers cannot be accommodated for safety reasons.
- Timing: The times on our website are for informational purposes only. The exact meeting time and guide information will be sent via SMS or WhatsApp before the tour. If you do not receive the message, please contact our office.
- Vehicle Planning: The type of vehicle used in our tours (bus, midibus, or minibus) is determined according to the number of participants.
🏨 Accommodation and Room Arrangement
- Room Assignment: The location and floor of the rooms are determined by the hotel management; GüvenTur has no authority to intervene in this matter.
- Three-Person Rooms: The 3rd beds may not be standard beds and may be offered as foldable extra beds.
- Hotel Changes: GüvenTur reserves the right to change hotels as long as they are of the same standards. During busy periods (such as holidays), the group may be accommodated in different hotels.
🗺️ Program and Implementation
- Guide's Initiative: Due to weather conditions, road situations, or unforeseen congestions, our guide has the authority to make changes to the program flow.
- Extra Tours: Optional tours will take place when at least 20 people participate. The fees for minibuses used in places where the bus cannot enter during highland excursions are the responsibility of the participants.
- Local Obstacles: Our agency cannot be held responsible for sites that are closed or not permitted by local authorities.
💳 Cancellation, Refund, and Insurance
- Tour Cancellation: In case of not reaching sufficient participants, GüvenTur reserves the right to cancel the tour by notifying at least 1 day in advance.
- Child Discount: Applicable for children under 12 years old, provided that they stay with 2 adults.
- Insurance: Mandatory travel insurance is provided on our tours. The declaration of the T.C. ID number and date of birth is the responsibility of the participant.
🛂 Batumi and Visa Procedures
- Visa Responsibility: GüvenTur acts as an intermediary between the guest and the consulate. Our agency cannot be held responsible for visa refusals or delays. No refunds will be provided in case of visa denial.
- Foreign Exit Fee: The fee for crossing into Batumi is the responsibility of the participants.
