GÜVENTUR: GENERAL TOUR TERMS AND INFORMATION
Dear guests, in order to ensure a comfortable and safe travel experience, please carefully review the general information below:
1. Transportation and Meeting Details
- Arrival and Departure: Participants will be dropped off at the same point they boarded the vehicle at the end of the tour. There will be no stops or passenger drop-offs at different locations.
- Time Planning: The start and end times of the tour may not align with public transport schedules; we recommend planning all your arrangements with this in mind.
- Information: The times on our website are for informational purposes only. The exact meeting time, location, and guide information will be communicated via SMS or WhatsApp before the tour. If you do not receive this information, please contact our office.
2. Accommodation Principles
- Room Assignment: Room assignments are entirely at the discretion of the hotel management; GÜVENTUR does not have the authority to assign room numbers or floors.
- Triple Rooms: In triple rooms, the third bed may not be a standard bed (a foldable extra bed may be used).
- Hotel Changes: GÜVENTUR reserves the right to change hotels as long as they are of the same standard in case of mandatory circumstances. Accommodations may be made in neighboring cities or groups may be split during peak periods.
3. Operational Rules and Rights
- Cancellation Policy: If the minimum number of participants required for the tour is not met, GÜVENTUR has the right to cancel the tour by notifying at least 1 day in advance.
- Program Changes: In unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, road conditions, or restrictions by local authorities, our guide has the authority to make changes to the program flow.
- Extra Tours: Extra tours will only be held if a minimum participation of 20 people is achieved.
4. Responsibilities and Insurance
- Personal Belongings: Our agency is not responsible for items that are forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
- Mandatory Insurance: Legal travel insurance is provided for our tours. Therefore, it is the participant's responsibility to accurately present their T.C. Identification Number and Date of Birth information.
- Visa Procedures: GÜVENTUR acts only as an intermediary between passengers and the consulate for visa procedures. Our agency is not responsible in case of visa rejection or delays; refunds for visa and tour fees cannot be made.
5. Important Notes
- Official Declaration: Oral statements are not taken into account; the valid program on our website and requests communicated via email are considered valid.
- Black Sea Tours: In cases where buses cannot reach certain points during plateau excursions, minibuses may be used. In such cases, plateau entry fees are the responsibility of participants. It is recommended to carry a small backpack.
