Day 1: Sharm El Sheikh
Be at the SunExpress counter at the International Departures Terminal of Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport at 07:00. After completing your departure procedures at the airport, we depart for Sharm El Sheikh, the exotic holiday destination in Egypt, with SunExpress flight XQ814 at 10:30. Upon arrival at local time 11:30, we will head to our hotel. After check-in, settle into your rooms and enjoy some free time. Overnight at our hotel. Our guides will inform you about the tours and activities that you can do in Sharm El Sheikh.
Today we will visit the Al Shahba Mosque, Old Bazaar, and Farsha Cafe as part of a complimentary extra tour.

IMPORTANT NOTES
In order to benefit from the package prices of Advantageous Trip for extra tours, the payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour. These tours take place with a minimum participation of 15 people; if the participation falls below 15, prices may change or the tour may be conducted using public transportation (metro, etc.). Our guide reserves the right to change the days of extra tours, provided the content remains the same. Prices may vary depending on area density or the season; the prices indicated by the guide at the time of purchase will be valid.
In cases where hotel names are not specified in the tour program but only category information is provided, the accommodation facilities will be announced by your agency 48 hours before the trip. During peak periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, or sports events, hotels may be selected from locations farther away from the city center; in this case, information will be provided by Güventur two days before the tour. Güventur reserves the right to change the name of the hotel as long as the hotel category remains the same.
The panoramic city tours included in the package are organized for the general introduction of cities, do not include museum or site entrance fees, and last approximately 2-3 hours with narration from the vehicle. Güventur is not responsible for tours that cannot be conducted due to road closures by local authorities, weather conditions, or force majeure.
Our guide will meet you at the arrival airport. The guiding service included in the package covers the panoramic city tour and transfers; if you participate in extra tours, guiding services continue and different guides may accompany these tours. On the return of the tours, it is the guest's responsibility to be ready at the hotel reception at the time indicated by the guide.
PASSPORT AND VISA REQUIREMENTS
Guests traveling with a T.C. Green passport must have passports that are not older than 10 years. All passports must have at least 6 months of validity from the return date. In case of not being able to pass through the border with torn, worn, or wet passports, the responsibility lies with the passenger; Güventur accepts no responsibility in such cases.
Güventur is merely an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. In the event that a visa is not granted, the agency assumes no responsibility. For guests arranging their own visas, obtaining documents (hotel confirmation, ticket, etc.) takes approximately 1 business day. In case of reservation cancellations, the visa fee is non-refundable. However, if the tour is canceled by Güventur and the visa service was obtained from the agency and has not been used (with passport presentation), only amounts excluding consular fees may be refunded.
ACCOMMODATION AND TRANSPORTATION DETAILS
The breakfast offered at hotels is "Continental" (butter, jam, bread, hot drink); group breakfasts may be served in a separate room. There is an extra bed application in triple rooms, and the 3rd bed may be smaller than standard. Child discounts are only valid for children staying with 2 adults.
In the event that the outbound ticket is not used in flights, the return ticket may be automatically canceled according to airline rules. It is the responsibility of the passenger to track delays or gate changes. Costs incurred for obtaining new tickets and transfers due to missed flights as a result of being late is the responsibility of the guest. Upgrade transactions using miles for plane tickets can only be conducted after group tickets are issued and are subject to availability and additional fees.
SECURITY AND OTHER MATTERS
- Currency: Old or worn currency notes are not accepted by banks abroad, so extra tour registrations cannot be made with such banknotes.
- Insurance: It is mandatory to obtain international travel health insurance covering the tour dates and to possess the policy.
- Consent Letter: In cases where children under 18 do not travel with their parents, a notarized consent letter is required.
- Personal Items: Güventur is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
- Communication: It is the guest's responsibility to enable the use of mobile phones abroad.
The General Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the tour program, and all guests are deemed to have accepted these conditions upon registration.
