ABOUT YOGOVERNMENT ADDITIONAL TAX:
As of July 21, 2025, the Greek Government will implement a new cruise passenger fee under its Sustainable Tourism Program. This mandatory fee applies to all guests passing through Greek ports, regardless of age. The fee includes both guests disembarking at the ports visited and those departing from Greece. Guests who remain on board the ship will not be charged this fee.
To facilitate the process, MSC Cruises will collect this fee on behalf of the Greek authorities, and the amount will be automatically added to the guest's account at the end of the cruise. SHIP
The cruise tickets and included flight information will be sent 48 hours before the travel date. Participants are required to read and verify these tickets and the information provided.
1. In our programs with flights, Jolly Tour acts as an intermediary between the passengers and the airline, and is subject to the Convention of The Hague of September 28, 1955. Flight times may change before departure, and all time changes must be confirmed 48 hours prior to the scheduled flight departure.
2. Although there will not be a Jolly Tour representative at the airports or ports in the programs, check-in and boarding processes must be done personally by the participants at the relevant airline counters either online or in person at the port, 48 hours before the ship's departure through the relevant cruise line’s website.
3. Last-minute flight delays and gate changes will be announced at the airports and displayed on information boards. Participants should keep track of this information.
4. Jolly Tour cannot be held responsible for schedule changes and potential delays by airlines.
5. The cruise company reserves the right to change the tour itinerary for compelling reasons or security reasons.
6. Jolly Tour is not responsible for participants who do not show up at the agreed hour at the specified airport or port, those who do not perform check-in and boarding procedures in time, or those who miss their flight or cruise. All expenses for necessary new round-trip tickets or transfers for those who miss their flight or cruise will be borne by the individual.

14. Our prices include the details stated in the tour program and airport and port taxes. Port tax fees are at the very bottom of the price list in the program and are processed by being added to the cabin price. Currency fluctuations throughout the day are reflected in the TL prices. The exchange rates at the time of payment are valid.
15. Participants in the tour are required to carry travel insurance during their journey.
