It may not be easy to find a currency exchange office on Lesbos Island in every area. Therefore, it is recommended to carry a sufficient amount of Euro with you.
Passengers traveling with a gate visa may experience varying passport control processes at Mytilene Port depending on customs congestion.
Gate visa approval and entry procedures are conducted face-to-face by the Mytilene Customs Police.
In case of customs delays, Güventur does not accept responsibility.
We create WhatsApp groups to inform about the tour no later than 2 days before the tour and for communication during the tour.
Child rates are applicable only for children staying with two adults.
The places to be visited in the program may change due to operational reasons. Changes may also occur during the tavern night. Some places may not be accessible due to religious ceremonies or official celebrations. Our agency cannot be held responsible for such inconveniences.
Children under 18 years old must obtain a notarized consent letter if neither parent is accompanying them.
Passengers holding a Turkish passport with a TRNC stamp will not be able to travel to Greece. In this case, the passport will need to be renewed. The authority to enter or exit the country is at the discretion of passport police; if entry is denied, no responsibility will be accepted. Additionally, it is recommended to replace damaged passports.
Possessing a valid Schengen visa or holding a green passport does not guarantee entry into the country with a gate visa approval. The final decision rests entirely with the country police.
