"Special Mytilene Tour for Ramadan Feast | 2 Days 1 Night - Departure from Aliağa"
Day 1: Journey to the Heart of the Island (Mytilene Center – Gera – Agiasos)
In the morning, meet with the GÜVENTUR team at 07:00 at Aliağa Customs Port, and after check-in procedures, depart for Mytilene Island on the scheduled ferry at 08:00.
During the panoramic city tour with our guide;
- Visit Agios Therapon Church located in Mytilene city center,
- The Old Bazaar that has survived from the Ottoman period to the present day,
- New Mosque and Bazaar Hammam
to get to know the island's historical texture closely.
Next, we will make our way through olive tree groves to reach Agiasos Mountain Village, famous for its handicrafts and traditional architecture. A visit to the Church of Virgin Mary will be made in this village, known for its wooden carvings and ceramics, followed by a coffee break with local products.
At the end of the day, we will check into our hotel. In the evening, you can expect a fun night with a Traditional Mytilene Feast accompanied by traditional Mytilenean delicacies and a Greek Sirtaki Night.
Day 2: The Magic of the North (Petra – Molivos – Mandamados)
After breakfast, we will depart for the northern route of Mytilene Island.
Our first stop is Petra, where we will visit a monastery perched on a rocky hill, accessible via 114 steps, to enjoy the unique island view.
Then, we will have a walk and free time in Molivos, one of the most romantic towns on the island, known for its cobblestone streets, Ottoman fountains, and bay-windowed houses.
In the final destination of the tour, we will visit the Mandamados Taksiyarhis Church, home to a miraculous icon. After the visit, we will take a short break to taste the village’s famous honey yogurt and lokma.
Following the program, we will see Sarlıca Palas and Thermi Village from a panoramic view before heading back to the port.
We will return to Aliağa by ferry, and our tour will conclude until we meet again on another GÜVENTUR journey.
Within the scope of this program prepared for the Ramadan Bayram, you will have the opportunity to closely explore both the historical texture and the natural beauties of Lesbos Island.
During the tour, we will carry out a panoramic island tour, including;
- Ermou Street in the city center of Lesbos,
- Agios Therapon Church, which has survived from the Ottoman period to the present day,
- Agiasos Village, famous for its traditional architecture and stone streets,
- Gera Gulf with its unique view,
- Petra, noted for its volcanic rock formations,
- Molivos, famous for its historical stone houses and harbor view,
- Mandamados Monastery, one of the most important religious centers on the island
are among the main points to be visited.
An unforgettable evening awaits you with a tavern night where you will experience the unique atmosphere of Lesbos, accompanied by Greek music and local delicacies.

For Guests Traveling with Visa on Arrival
Processing times for guests traveling with a visa on arrival at the Lesbos customs may vary depending on the passport control congestion on the island.
Therefore;
- It is recommended to carry water and snacks with you.
- Upon arrival at Lesbos Port, guests with a visa on arrival must follow the red line in the customs area and join the passport control queue.
Visa on arrival applications are approved by the Lesbos Customs Police after passenger control.
About Entry to the Country
Approval of a visa on arrival does not guarantee entry into the country, even for those holding a valid Schengen visa or a green passport. The authority to enter and exit the country is entirely at the discretion of the country's border police.
It is strongly advised not to travel with damaged passports and to ensure that the passport is valid for a sufficient duration.
Passengers with a Turkish Republic passport bearing a stamp of entry from the T.R.N.C. are not permitted to enter Greece. In this case, the passport must be renewed.
Guests Under 18 Years Old
Guests under 18 years must present a notarized consent letter if neither of their parents is present.
Accommodation Information
Hotel check-in times are generally between 17:00 - 18:00. It is recommended to prepare a small bag for personal items that may be needed during this period.
