GÜVENTUR GENERAL TERMS AND INFORMATION
Dear guests, the general participation conditions we have prepared to ensure you have a comfortable and safe travel experience are presented below for your information:
1. Transportation and Operational Rules
- Arrival and Departure: Participants will be dropped off at the location where they boarded the vehicle at the beginning of the tour. No stops or passenger drop-offs will be made at different points along the route.
- Timing: The times specified in the tour program are planned durations. The exact meeting time, location, and guide information will be sent to you via SMS or WhatsApp before the tour. If you do not receive this information, please confirm with our office.
- Vehicle Planning: Our vehicles are carefully selected based on the number of participants. For operational reasons, information about the brand and model of the vehicle is not shared in advance.
2. Accommodation Standards
- Room Selection: Room assignments are made by the hotel management, and Güventur does not have the authority to intervene.
- Triple Rooms: According to hotel standards, the 3rd beds may be extra beds or foldable models.
- Hotel Change: Güventur reserves the right to change hotels, maintaining existing hotel standards in case of emergencies. In busy regions like the Black Sea, accommodations may be divided according to group capacity.
3. Responsibilities and Guarantees
- Travel Insurance: Mandatory travel insurance is provided on our tours. Therefore, it is necessary to correctly submit the T.C. identity number and date of birth.
- Personal Items: Our agency is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the trip.
- Force Majeure: Our agency cannot be held responsible for visits that cannot be made due to adverse weather conditions, road status, or restrictions from official authorities. Our guide may change the flow of the program in favor of our guests.
4. Cancellation and Change Conditions
- Participation Number: If the minimum number of participants required for the tour to take place is not met, Güventur reserves the right to cancel the tour with at least 1 day's notice.
- Extra Tours: Extra activities in the area are organized only if a minimum group of 20 people is formed.
NOTES FOR FOREIGN TOURS
- Visa and Passport: Participants are responsible for having a valid passport and meeting the relevant visa requirements. Güventur acts as an intermediary between the guest and the consulate.
- Visa Denial Situation: In cases of visa denial or delays from the consulate, the tour fee, visa, and insurance costs are non-refundable.
- Customs and Border Crossings: Our agency is not responsible for delays due to congestion or procedures at border crossing points.
- Batumi Crossings: All guests (including infants and children) who will cross with an ID are required by law to have new type and photo ID.
- Cultural Differences: We remind you that breakfast and dining cultures abroad may differ from Turkish standards.
