Our Day-by-Day Lesvos Adventure
Day 1: Hello to the Emerald Island (Izmir - Dikili - Lesvos)
In the early hours of the morning, we pick you up from the designated meeting points with our luxury transfer vehicles and head to Dikili Port. After customs and passport procedures, at 08:00 we set off across the blue waters of the Aegean with our İDO Catamaran. At the end of this pleasant 30-minute journey, we arrive on the island with the magnificent view of Lesvos Castle greeting us. After passport control, we board our bus and settle into Mythical Coast Hotel, the island’s only 5-star hotel, which will host us throughout the tour. Guests who wish may enjoy the hotel’s beach and pool all day long. Dinner and accommodation at our hotel.
Day 2: Following the Tracks of History in Lesvos City Center
After a delicious breakfast at our hotel, we meet in the lobby and head toward the heart of the island. We begin our tour at the Square of the famous female poet Sappho. We then see the Old Ottoman Bank, the Grand Britain Hotel, the Neoclassical Municipality and Theater buildings, and Panellinion Café, the twin of Cunda’s Taş Kahve, and visit the magnificent Agios Therapondas Church. Afterwards, we take a walk along Ermou, the island’s busiest shopping street, and get to know the Ottoman heritage up close, including Yeni Cami, Çarşı Hamamı, Valide Mosque, and Yalı Mosque. During free time in the market area, you may shop and enjoy your Greek coffee. At the end of the tour, we return to our hotel. Dinner and accommodation at our hotel.
Day 3: Villages, Ouzo, Shopping, and Taverna Night (Agiasos - Plomari)
Today we turn our route toward the island’s hidden treasures! Our first stop is Agiasos, a charming mountain village nestled among pine trees, famous for its handicrafts and ceramics. We visit the Church of the Virgin Mary and enjoy our restorative coffee at the stone cafés under the great plane trees. Afterwards, we head to Plomari, considered the capital of ouzo. There, we tour a world-famous ouzo factory, enjoy a tasting, and have the opportunity to shop. During our lunch break, you may taste Plomari’s famous fresh seafood (extra). Later in the day, we take a shopping break at Jumbo Market and Lidl Supermarket, among the largest in the Balkans. In the evening, a wonderful Taverna Night filled with Greek melodies and sirtaki awaits us at our hotel restaurant!
Day 4: Northern Beauties and Farewell (Mantamados - Petra - Molivos)
We leave our hotel and head north to Mantamados, gliding through olive groves. We visit the world-famous Taxiarchis (Archangels) Church and Monastery; in the monastery courtyard, we taste the island’s legendary honeyed water buffalo yogurt and lokma dessert (extra). After our sweet break, we arrive in Petra, famous for its stone-paved streets and long sandy blue-flag beach. Following our sea and lunch break there, we continue to Molivos, the island’s most picturesque spot. Our walk begins with a view of Molivos Castle and continues through the 18th-century houses to the magical atmosphere of Molivos Harbor. After free time and a cup of restorative coffee, we return to Lesvos Port. After customs procedures, we arrive in Dikili by İDO Catamaran and return to Izmir with our transfer vehicles, bringing back wonderful memories.

📌 Important Notes to Know Before Booking
Tour Program Flow
- The sightseeing points included in the program and the order of visits may change due to operational reasons. When necessary, our tour guide has the authority to make adjustments to the program flow in order to maintain the quality of the tour.
Visa on Arrival and Customs Procedures
- For guests traveling with a visa on arrival, the processing time at the Mytilene customs may vary depending on the passport control intensity on the island. It is recommended to keep water and small snacks with you for possible waiting times.
- Upon arrival at Mytilene Port, guests with a visa on arrival must follow the red line in the customs area to join the passport control queue.
- Visa on arrival applications are reviewed by the Mytilene Customs Police and approved after passenger screening.
Passport Rules and Entry into the Country
- Approval of a visa on arrival, a valid Schengen visa, or possession of a Green Passport does not guarantee entry into the country. The authority for entry and exit lies entirely with the Greek border police.
- Passports must not be torn, wet, or damaged; it is strongly recommended not to travel with damaged passports.
- Important: Travelers whose Turkish Republic passports contain an K.K.T.C. (Northern Cyprus) entry stamp will absolutely not be allowed to enter Greece. Guests in this situation must renew their passports.
Child Discount and Guests Under 18
- The child discount is valid only for children under 12 years old, provided they stay in the same room with 2 adults.
- For guests under 18 traveling abroad, if neither parent or only one parent is accompanying them, a notarized consent letter is a legal requirement.
Accommodation and Hotel Information
- Depending on the tour schedule, hotel check-in is usually between 17:00 and 18:00. During this period, it is recommended to keep any personal items you may urgently need in a small carry-on bag.
- For single occupancy, hotels may provide room placements or room sizes that differ from standard rooms.
