- Vehicle Type: Vehicles are determined based on the number of participants. Prior notification regarding the vehicle model is not provided.

- Hotel Changes: GÜVENTUR reserves the right to make changes in hotels as long as they maintain the same standards.
- Room Assignment: Room distribution is done entirely by the hotel management; our agency does not have the authority to intervene.
- Bed Arrangement: In triple rooms, the third bed may not be standard (a foldable extra bed may be used).
