A Greek Islands Express Visa is a practical type of visa valid for short-term visits to certain Greek Islands such as Lesbos, obtained without the need for a consular application or long appointment waiting times. It allows a single entry and offers guests the opportunity to stay on the relevant island for up to a maximum of 7 days. It can only be used on morning ferry services.

These passport and identity-card conditions apply to Turkish citizens.

Guests holding burgundy passports must prepare a color scan of the passport’s first page containing the photograph, a copy of both sides of their identity card, a current residence certificate with a barcode obtained through e-Government, and 2 biometric photographs taken within the last 6 months against a white background for the application. (Other supporting documents, such as the petition, application form, ferry ticket, and hotel reservation if applicable, are added to the file by our agency.)

It is of great importance that you deliver all the documents you have prepared to our agency (in person or by courier) in full at least 10 days before your travel date, so that your visa approval procedures with the official authorities can be completed smoothly in time for your travel date.

No. The Greek Islands Express Visa application is valid only within the boundaries of the relevant island where the application is made and entry is granted (for example, Lesbos). With this type of visa, it is not legally permitted to travel to mainland Greece (Athens, Thessaloniki, etc.) or to a different Greek island by ferry.
