Since our tour includes European Union / Schengen area countries such as Greece, Croatia (Dubrovnik), and Bulgaria, guests holding a burgundy (ordinary) passport must have a valid multiple-entry Schengen visa. Guests holding a green (special) passport can travel the entire route without a visa. All guests’ passports must be valid for at least 6 months after the end date of the trip.
The first day of our tour, the trip from Izmir to the border gate, and the return trip from Bulgaria to Izmir on the 9th day are carried out as overnight journeys on our luxury buses, so that we can use the time as efficiently as possible and dedicate the daytime entirely to sightseeing. For the remaining 7 nights, we stay comfortably in selected 4- and 5-star hotels in Thessaloniki, Ohrid, Skopje, Shkodra, Trebinje, Sarajevo, and Belgrade.

In the Balkans, many different local currencies are used, such as the Dinar, Lek, Mark, and Leva. However, in all tourist areas, restaurants, and shopping spots, Euro (€) is widely and easily accepted. We recommend that you carry small banknotes (5, 10, 20 €) or Euro coins with you. If necessary, our guide will direct you to reliable exchange offices for conversion into the local currency.

Absolutely not! One of the greatest advantages of this tour is that there are no hidden costs. The fees for all the important excursions listed in the program, such as Dubrovnik, Kotor, Budva, Kosovo, Matka Canyon, St. Naum, and Blagaj, as well as border crossing, highway, and city accommodation taxes, are included in the tour price. Our guides do not sell extra tours or collect taxes on the bus, so you will not face any surprise expenses.
Yes! The 7 breakfast and 7 dinner meals to be taken during the days we stay are included in the tour price. Moreover, the Greek Tavern in Thessaloniki with sirtaki, which is usually charged as an extra on other tours, and the Macedonian Night entertainment in Ohrid (with dinner) are also completely included in the price in this special program. Throughout the tour, only lunches and beverages taken with meals are at our guests’ expense.
