No, we pick up our guests from locations such as Dikili, Salihleraltı, and Ayvalık in our comfortable, air-conditioned transfer vehicles (minibuses). Once we arrive in Akçay, we switch to our specially equipped 4x4 Land Rover safari jeeps for our forest journey.
We offer our guests two different options. If you choose the "Standard Package," lunch is not included. However, if you select the "Nature Menu (Packed Lunch) Package" when booking, your special packed lunch, which you can enjoy surrounded by nature in the forest air, will be included in the price.
The general entrance fee to Kazdağları National Park is included in the tour price. However, whether to go up to Şahindere Glass Terrace is left to our guests’ personal preference. Therefore, the Glass Terrace entrance fee is not included in the tour package; guests who wish to enter can pay the fee in cash at the venue.
Since our tour takes place on rough terrain and in a forested area, we recommend wearing comfortable, sporty clothing and flat walking shoes with non-slip soles. As the weather can get cool at the higher elevations of the Kaz Mountains, it may be useful to bring a light jacket or windbreaker.
Since the safari program includes bumpy off-road routes and a hike (trekking) in Şahindere Canyon, it is not suitable for pregnant people or those with herniated discs in the lower back or neck, chronic heart conditions, or asthma. Guests of all ages with no health problems may join this adventure (those under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian).
Since our private 4x4 safari vehicles and provisions are finalized in advance based on the number of participants, you can receive a 100% refund with no deductions for cancellations made up to 7 days before the tour departs. Our cancellation and refund terms for cancellations made less than 7 days before departure are detailed in the "Tour Agreement" section.
