Our tour begins in the morning with our comfortable transfer vehicles from the Dikili, Salihleraltı, Ayvalık and Burhaniye stops. After meeting all our guests at our Akçay office, we start the safari by switching to our special 4x4 Land Rover off-road vehicles (jeeps), which are suited to forest routes.
Our tour is conducted on forest roads and in 4x4 off-road vehicles, so the ride is partly bumpy. For this reason, the participation of our pregnant guests and of those with advanced conditions such as severe lumbar or cervical disc herniation is not operationally or medically suitable.
For comfortable walking on the historic cobblestone streets of Adatepe and around the waterfall, we strongly recommend wearing flat, non-slip sports shoes. Also, don't forget to bring a light jacket for the cool nature of the Kaz Mountains, a power bank for taking great photos, and cash/card for any extra entrance fees.
During booking we offer two different packages. If you choose our "Meal Included" package, a rich picnic menu prepared specially for nature is included in the price, with a waterfall view; in the "Classic" package, you can bring your own food. However, entrance fees for Hasanboğuldu, Sütüven Waterfall and the Kazdağı Museum are not included in any package; they are paid personally at the ticket offices.
As part of wildfire prevention measures, the Altar of Zeus has been closed to visitors by the competent authorities for the 2026 summer season. Therefore, in this section of our cultural route, we are focusing on the stone streets of the historic village of Adatepe, a protected site, Refika's house, and the wonderful village square where the centuries-old plane tree stands.
Since the rental and catering fees for our safari vehicles are paid in advance based on the number of guests, you must notify us of any cancellation, refund, or date change requests at least 72 hours (3 days) before the tour departure time. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be provided for cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance.
