Definitely not. Our tour is prepared with the concept of "No Extra Tour Fees". The Zaanse Schans windmills, the towns of Volendam and Marken, the famous Amsterdam Canal Tour, and all visits to Münster, Cologne, and Roermond are included in the tour package price.
After free time and celebrations in central Amsterdam on New Year's Eve (December 31), we will gather at the pre-arranged time and meeting point designated by our guide, and return safely and comfortably to our hotel via our exclusive luxury coach reserved for our group.
At the end of December and the beginning of January, air temperatures in Northern Europe typically range between 0°C and 5°C and can be windy or rainy. Since New Year's celebrations will take place outdoors, it is very important to have a warm winter coat, hat, gloves, wind/waterproof layered clothing, and comfortable non-slip walking shoes (boots) with you.
Yes, since our tour covers the Netherlands and Germany, you must hold a valid Schengen Visa. Guests holding a Green Passport (Special) are exempt from visa requirements. The control of visa procedures and validity is entirely the responsibility of our guests.
The local currency in the Netherlands and Germany is the Euro (€). Credit cards (Mastercard/Visa) are widely accepted in shopping malls, large restaurants, and hotels. However, for small expenses in small fishing villages (Volendam, Marken), street food, and cafes, we recommend that you always carry some cash in small denominations (5, 10, 20 €).
The difficulty level of our tour is "Easy". City transportation is provided by our private bus, and the places to visit are generally flat city squares, historic streets, and towns. As it does not require extreme physical effort, it is highly suitable for children and guests of all age groups.
