- Tour Start and Transfer: We begin our journey with a transfer from Dikili to Sabiha Gökçen Airport. (Participation Points: Bergama, Soma, Balıkesir, Bursa, Yalova, and Gebze)

Visa and Passport: Guests with green passports are exempt from visa requirements. For holders of blue passports, Egyptian visa procedures apply. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the end date of your trip.
Tour Pace: The itinerary includes early departures (e.g., day 4 at 04:30) to allow visits to historical sites away from crowds and during cooler hours. This is a dynamic tour involving walking.
Climate and Clothing: Days can be hot, while evenings (especially in the desert) may be cool. Comfortable walking shoes, a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen are essential. For sea activities in Hurghada, do not forget swimwear and beach towels.
Currency and Expenses: Although the local currency is the Egyptian Pound (EGP), carrying small-denomination US Dollars ($1, $5, $10) greatly facilitates shopping, extra tours, and tipping.
Health and Food/Drink: In the desert heat, it is important to consume plenty of fluids. Throughout Egypt, only bottled water is recommended instead of tap water.
GÜVENTUR FOREIGN TOUR REGISTRATION AND DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

ARTICLE 2: SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT The subject of this agreement is the provision of the "Ancient Egypt Tour: A Magical Journey in the Footsteps of Pharaohs (Hurghada - Luxor - Cairo)" package tour service, whose features, sales price, and conditions are specified below and in the attached tour brochure, and the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties.
ARTICLE 3: AGREEMENT FEE AND PAYMENT TERMS 3.1. The tour fee has been determined as [Tour Fee - e.g., XXXX USD/TL] depending on the selected date, accommodation type, and options at the time of reservation. 3.2. The Consumer is obligated to make a prepayment of at least 30% of the total tour fee (or the deposit amount determined by the Agency) at the time of registration. The remaining balance must be completed no later than 30 days before the tour departure date. 3.3. In case the payment is not completed within the specified periods, the Agency reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the contract and record the received prepayment (including the ticket cost if the flight ticket has been issued) as income (penalty).
ARTICLE 4: CANCELLATION, TRANSFER, AND MODIFICATION CONDITIONS (SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR FLIGHT-INCLUDED TOURS) Since this program includes international scheduled/charter flight tickets and prepaid foreign accommodations, the following strict rules apply to cancellation and modification procedures:
4.1. Flight Ticket and Name Change: After flight tickets included in the tour package have been issued, no cancellation, refund, date change, or name change can be made on the tickets according to the rules of the relevant airline company. Therefore, even if the tour is cancelled by the Consumer, the full amount of the flight ticket fee (100%) will be deducted and not refunded. Transfer of the tour (transferring rights to another person) is not possible due to flight ticket regulations.
4.2. Graduated Cancellation and Refund Conditions:
- In case of cancellations made more than 60 days before the tour: The remaining amount after deducting the flight ticket fee and visa/travel insurance costs (if any) will be refunded to the Consumer.
- In case of cancellations made between 59 and 30 days before the tour: 50% of the total tour fee will be deducted as a penalty, and the remaining amount will be refunded (if the flight ticket fee is lower than this 50% deduction, the flight ticket fee will be taken as the basis).
- In case of cancellations made less than 30 days before the tour or in case of non-participation (No-Show): The Consumer's right to refund is forfeited without accepting any excuse (including health issues, emergencies, etc.), and a 100% deduction will be applied to the Consumer.
ARTICLE 5: VISA AND PASSPORT PROCEDURES 5.1. It is mandatory for the Consumer's passport to have a validity of at least 6 (six) months from the end date of the travel. Responsibility for being turned back at the border due to passport validity periods or worn-out passports lies with the Consumer. 5.2. Green (Special) passport holders are exempt from Egyptian visas. Bordo (Ordinary) passport holders are subject to visa requirements. 5.3. Visa procedures are entirely at the discretion of the relevant consulates. The Agency acts only as an intermediary in obtaining the visa. In cases where the visa is not approved, delayed, or entry into the country is denied at the border checkpoint, the Agency bears no responsibility. In such situations, the cancellation and deduction conditions stated in Article 4 shall be applied exactly as they are.
ARTICLE 6: GENERAL PROVISIONS AND FORCE MAJEURE 6.1. The Agency reserves the right to make changes in the tour program's route, times, and hotels to be stayed (provided they are of the same or higher standard) in situations it deems necessary (adverse weather, road conditions, strikes, terrorism, decisions by local authorities, force majeure events, etc.). The Consumer accepts this situation in advance. 6.2. If the Consumer fails to participate in the tour, misses the flight or transfer due to not complying with the meeting times and rules set by the guide during the tour, the responsibility lies with the Consumer. No refunds will be made for unused services. 6.3. The Agency cannot be held responsible for delays, flight cancellations, schedule changes, or baggage losses caused by airline companies. International aviation rules (Warsaw and Hague Conventions) apply. 6.4. The tour program, along with the information provided prior to the tour (Things to Know, Included/Excluded Services), constitutes an integral part of this agreement.
ARTICLE 7: RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES In resolving disputes that may arise from the implementation of this agreement, the Consumer Courts and Enforcement Offices of [City Where Agency is Located] and Consumer Arbitration Committees shall have jurisdiction.
The Consumer has read, understood, accepted, and approved this Foreign Tour Registration and Distance Sales Agreement consisting of a total of 7 (Seven) articles, the tour brochure, cancellation/refund conditions, and all details related to the tour program via electronic means / wet signature.
