Yes, Greek visa procedures also apply to day trips. Guests holding a maroon (ordinary) passport must have a valid Schengen Visa or a Greek Islands Visa on Arrival application completed through our agency before the tour date. Green (special) passport holders are exempt from visa requirements. All our guests’ passports must be valid for at least 6 months, and to avoid any issues on the island, the passport must not contain a KKTC entry stamp.
Our day tour package includes guiding service, ferry tickets, and transportation within the island by air-conditioned vehicles. Lunch during our stop in the town of Molivos, entrance fees to the rock church in Petra, and personal expenses (such as honey yogurt/lokma in Mandamados) are the responsibility of our guests. Our guide will provide you with the best recommendations for food spots and restaurants.
Yes! On our Molivos leg, along with the meal break, our guests who wish to cool off are given free time for swimming. Therefore, do not forget to pack your swimsuit, towel, sandals, and sunscreen in your backpack. Also, to be able to comfortably climb the 114-step church in Petra and explore the historic cobblestone streets without getting tired, it is recommended that you wear comfortable walking shoes with non-slip soles.
Our tour's departure and return point is Aliağa Customs Port. To ensure customs, passport, and check-in procedures can be completed on time, we meet with our Güventur team at Aliağa Port at 07:00 AM. Our ferry departs at 08:00.
On Lesbos, the official currency is Euro (€). On day trips, credit cards (Visa/Mastercard) are widely accepted at restaurants, Free Shop, and large souvenir shops. However, for small purchases in villages such as Petra and Mandamados, coffee breaks, or local snacks, having cash Euros in small bills (5, 10, 20 €) with you will make your transactions much faster.
