What Should You Bring With You?
- Documents & Cash: A passport valid for at least 6 months, ID, Egypt entry visa, and small-denomination US Dollars/Euros in cash for expenses.
- Footwear: Comfortable outdoor/hiking shoes for Petra and the pyramids, and water shoes for the Dead Sea and boat trips.
- Clothing: Light/cotton clothing for hot days, a fleece/cardigan for desert evenings (Wadi Rum), and clothing and a scarf covering shoulders/knees for mosques and holy sites.
- Swimming & Beach: Swimsuit/bikini, towel, snorkeling equipment (if available), and a waterproof phone case/action camera.

Great Pyramid (Khufu) Inner Burial Chamber Entrance: Entry to the pyramid plateau is included; guests who wish to enter the inner sarcophagus chamber, reached through the narrow passages of the pyramid, may purchase an individual ticket at the ticket office. (Approx. $30–35)
Transportation Within the Ancient City of Petra (Golf Cart / Mule / Camel): For guests who do not wish to walk the canyon and pathway, the fees for private golf carts or riding animal rentals provided by the local authority are the guest's responsibility.
Hot Air Balloon Tour over the Wadi Rum Desert (Weather Dependent): Organized subject to availability for guests who wish to watch the sunrise over the desert from the sky in the morning. (Optional, estimated $130–150)
Camel / Horse Safari in the Pyramids Area: Can be rented individually, accompanied by local guides, for photography or a short ride around the plateau. (Optional, estimated $15–25)
Things to Know When Making a Reservation
- Passport & Visa: A passport valid for at least 6 months from the return date of travel is required. For Turkish citizens, the Egypt border visa is paid in cash upon arrival in Cairo ($30); no visa is required for Jordan. The exit departure tax stamp is the responsibility of the passenger.
- Flight & Baggage: You must be at the airport at least 3 hours before the flight. The airline's standard baggage allowances apply (20 kg checked baggage + 8 kg cabin hand luggage).
- Accommodation Conditions: In triple rooms, the third bed is mostly a folding extra bed or sofa bed type. Luxury tent camp accommodation is offered in Wadi Rum.
- Clothing & Health Advice: The Petra tour includes 6–8 km of walking, so comfortable sports/outdoor shoes are mandatory. Since desert nights can be cool, we recommend bringing a cardigan/fleece; for the Dead Sea (Lot Lake) and boat tours, it is recommended to bring water shoes and an underwater case.
- Program & Operations: Depending on weather conditions, ferry schedules, or congestion at border crossings, the tour leader reserves the right to make changes to the program flow.

ARTICLE 5: CANCELLATION, TRANSFER AND CHANGE CONDITIONS
- 5.1. Cancellation by the Consumer:
- For termination notices made up to 30 days before the tour start date, the amount paid will be refunded to the consumer, excluding legally mandatory deductions such as taxes/duties and airline/ferry ticket fees that are non-refundable.
- For cancellations made between 29 and 15 days before the tour start, 50% of the total tour price; for cancellations made less than 14 days before, 100% of the total tour price will be collected by the agency as cancellation fee.
- 5.2. Force Majeure: In cases of serious health problems, accidents or death of the consumer or their first-degree relatives documented by an official hospital report that prevents travel, the amount will be refunded, excluding deductions applied by airlines and overseas suppliers, subject to presentation of the documentation.
- 5.3. Transfer of the Contract: The consumer may transfer the tour to a third person under the same conditions by notifying the agency in writing at the latest 7 days before the tour start date. Additional costs arising from the transfer, such as airline ticket name change penalties, are jointly borne by the transferor and the transferee.
- 5.4. Cancellation by the Agency: The agency may cancel the trip if the required number of passengers cannot be reached (minimum participant number not achieved) or in case of force majeure, provided it notifies the consumer at the latest 20 days before the tour departure. In this case, the full amount paid by the consumer is refunded in full without deduction.
ARTICLE 6: GENERAL PROVISIONS AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Passport and Visa Obligations: The participant's passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the travel and must contain blank visa pages. The agency cannot be held responsible for passengers who are unable to enter the country due to damage to their passport, insufficient validity period, or personal security/visa refusal at border gates.
- Program Flow and Safety: The tour guide and agency representative have the authority to change the order of the tour program or make mandatory operational arrangements on the route in cases such as adverse weather, road conditions, ferry schedule changes or border crossing congestion.
- Flight Times and Baggage: Delays or schedule changes made by the airline company are the responsibility of the airline. The consumer is obliged to comply with the airline's baggage rules (generally 20 kg checked baggage + 8 kg cabin baggage per person).
- Hotel and Room Standards: In triple rooms, the third bed may be a foldable extra bed or sofa bed type. Standard check-in times are 14:00–15:00, and check-out times are 11:00–12:00.
- Activity and Health Rules: On routes with special natural/historical conditions such as the Petra hike (approximately 6–8 km) and the Dead Sea, guests are obliged to consider their personal health condition and comply with recommended clothing/footwear rules.
