### ✈️ Day 1: Hello from Izmir to England Stratford-upon-Avon & Cardiff

In the early morning, we meet at the International Terminal of Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport, complete our passport and baggage checks, and then board a non-stop flight with SunExpress to Birmingham, the heart of the Industrial Revolution. With our waiting vehicle, we enjoy a pleasant city tour that includes Birmingham Cathedral, a masterpiece of Baroque architecture, Aston Hall, and the world-famous Jewellery Quarter. After taking a coffee and shopping break around Bullring, we head to Stratford-upon-Avon, the birthplace of William Shakespeare, the world’s greatest playwright. During this fairy-tale-like journey along the banks of the Avon River, surrounded by semi-wooden houses that preserve their medieval charm, we visit Holy Trinity Church where Shakespeare is buried and spend some free time exploring the colorful streets. At the end of the day, we travel to Wales and check into our hotel in Cardiff.

After enjoying breakfast at our hotel in Galler, we set off to explore Cardiff. We visit Cardiff Castle, the historic Llandaff Cathedral, and Bute Park, while sipping coffee on the modern waterfront at Cardiff Bay. Next, we head to the historic city of Bath, famous for its 2000-year-old Roman baths and buildings entirely constructed from special honey-colored stones. Guided by our tour guide, we explore the Royal Crescent, the magnificent Bath Abbey, and Pulteney Bridge. After some free time, we continue on to London, the capital of England. After checking into our hotel and resting, we head to London’s most famous squares to make a memorable start to the year 2027. We welcome the new year with enthusiasm, surrounded by spectacular fireworks displays and street parties.

We start the first morning of the new year a bit later and, after breakfast at our hotel, set off to explore London from end to end. Our walking tour begins at Westminster Bridge; we pass by the iconic Big Ben, the Parliament Building, and St. James’s Royal Park famous for its pelicans, before arriving at Buckingham Palace. We head through Trafalgar Square to reach the famous arts and entertainment hub of Covent Garden, where we take a pleasant break. After that, we witness the excitement of the magnificent “London New Year’s Day Parade” in Leicester Square and Piccadilly Circus, which draws over 10,000 participants. After some free time on the world-famous shopping street of Oxford Street, we return to our hotel.
